Our first Christmas at home with Ross was such a time of reflection. I made a stocking for him in early December that has puppy dogs on it--he loves dogs. He really actually enjoys all animals, but dogs make him absolutely squeal with laughter so that seemed fitting. We were able to really appreciate the blessing of our son in our lives and of the Son Jesus Christ, the giver of life. It was a meaningful time of year and we are so grateful for God's mercy and grace.
Before Ross was forward crawling on Dec. 22nd, he spent a lot of time scooting in reverse. This picture sequence shows him working his way under a chair:
